How It Works?
Fees are charged on a monthly basis, and each course comes with a fixed number of sessions (lessons) that can be used each month. Each lesson is 25 minutes long and is counted as one session.
You can choose a course based on your goals and schedule.
You can also take two consecutive lessons to make it as a total of 50 minutes.
If you wish to take additional lessons, you can also purchase additional sessions, which can be used at any time. (You cannot use the session if you cancel your membership.)
No enrollment or registration fees are required. A one-month notice is required when canceling your membership.
If you are unable to use all your sessions within a month, you can carry them over to the the following months. (Rollover is available for up to six months as long as the service is active.)

Cancellation and Changes
• If you are up to 15 minutes late for your reserved lesson, you can still attend (note that the lesson will not be extended).
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered as an absence.
• To cancel a reserved lesson, please contact the administration office by 7:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled lesson.
• If the cancellation deadline is missed or the lesson is marked as an absence due to lateness, the session will be counted as used.
• If a lesson is canceled due to the instructor’s circumstances, a make-up lesson will be arranged regardless of the reason.

Hello! Nice to meet you. こんにちは！初めまして！My name is Mariko, and I am the founder. I have been living in the UK for almost 20 years, and in recent years I’ve been delighted to see a growing interest in Japanese culture from people overseas. It always brings me great joy when I’m asked questions about Japan. I’ve also noticed that more people around me are considering moving to Japan. With this in mind, I established this online Japanese courses, hoping to find ways, as a Japanese person, to support and assist you.
Japanese may seem like a difficult language, but conversational skills for everyday communication are actually easier to acquire than you might expect. Reaching a near-native level may take a bit more time, of course.
I hope everyone who takes our online lessons will enjoy learning not only the Japanese language but also Japanese culture!

I am a singer. Last year, I traveled to Japan, a country I had long dreamed of visiting. I was truly impressed by its safety, delicious food, excellent service, the high quality of everything, and its rich culture. Recently, I even wrote a song about Japan! I also found the cost of living to be quite affordable, and I am now considering moving there within about a year.
In preparation, I wanted to learn some basic Japanese and came across this website. I initially signed up because the 25-minute lessons are very convenient and easy to fit into my busy schedule. However, what has impressed me even more is the high quality of the teachers.

My husband is Japanese, and our 10-year-old son, who is half Japanese and half British, lives with us in London. When he was younger, his Japanese was much better, but I noticed that once he started school, his ability gradually declined.
We wanted him to be able to communicate properly with his grandparents in Japan, so we decided to start online lessons to help him develop a good level of Japanese.
Since each lesson is 25 minutes long, he stays engaged and focused without getting bored. We initially started with two sessions per month, but the teacher is so kind that he quickly grew very fond of them, and now he takes four sessions a month.

With the advancement of AI, it may be possible to translate writing from English into Japanese. However, I feel that subtle nuances are extremely important in anime, so I want to properly learn Japanese myself.
