Cancellation and Changes to Lesson Dates

Late Arrival
If a student is late for a lesson, they may join up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
(The lesson end time will not be extended.)
After 15 minutes, it will no longer be possible to join the lesson.

Booking and Cancellation of Private Lessons

1. Private lessons must be booked at least one (1) business day in advance.

2. Any request to cancel or reschedule a private lesson must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson start time. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered as completed.

3. Students may cancel or reschedule a private lesson by sending an email to the administration (mariko.num@gmail.com) and also to their teacher.
   (Please make sure to notify both parties to avoid any issues, such as emails not being received.)

If the notification is made after the deadline above or if the student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be counted as used.

If a lesson is canceled by the teacher for any reason, it will be rescheduled to another day.
